(Walnut, CA) Glendale College (5-3) handed host Mt. San Antonio College (4-5) its fourth consecutive loss with an 11-1 non-conference defeat on Tuesday, Feb. 14.

Down 2-0 in the third, the Mounties narrowed the gap to one when Damien Delgadillo (1-2, R) scored on a two-out single by Travis Hobbensiefken (1-4, RBI), but that was as close as the hosts got. Alex Reynozo (1-2), CJ Ontiveros (1-3, 2B), and Gibby Morales (1-3) accounted for the other Mt. SAC hits.

Starter Ray Northey (2-1) got the loss for the Mounties, pitching four innings, allowing five runs (two earned), and striking out three.

Mt. SAC will try to get back on the winning track at home when Fullerton College (7-3) comes to town for a non-conference game on Thursday, Feb. 16, at 2 p.m. The Hornets defeated the Mounties, 6-2, when the teams met back on Feb. 2.
