Down a few key players, Sierra dug deep Friday night, toppling Cabrillo 3-1 (25-17, 25-22, 19-25, 25-17) in a thrilling match in Rocklin.

Set one kicked off with Sierra jumping to the lead, and the Wolverines held it through the rest of the set. The second set was a close one, with Sierra just edging out the Seahawks 25-22. Cabrillo took the third 25-17 before Sierra closed out the night with a 25-17 fourth set.

Corinne Williams assisted 32 out of 39 times, while Hannah Platt led in kills with 17.

Sierra, now 18-6 on the season, will host Diablo Valley Wednesday night (Nov. 10) at 6:30pm, followed by Cosumnes River on Friday November 12th, also at 6:30pm.
