Oroville, Calif. - Sophomores Marvin Lee, Ozzy Meadows, and Isaac Wood and freshman Anthony Montoya combined for 53 of the team's 81 points as the Butte men's basketball team defeated Siskiyous, 81-59, on Saturday afternoon.
Montoya posted a team-high 18 points on 7-for-8 shooting with six assists, while Lee tallied his first career double-double with 14 points and 13 boards. Meadows added 11 points and 10 rebounds, and Wood chipped in 10 points.
Sophomore Rolontae Knowles and freshman Marvelous Owens each added nine points.
Butte (13-11, 5-2) get back on the road, heading to Shasta on Wednesday, Feb. 8. Tipoff is slated for 5 p.m.
