Huntington Beach, Calif. - Golden West cruised in their home opener against visiting West LA to a 25-20, 25-15, 25-21 sweep. 

Adriana Morales led the Rustlers with 12 kills and also tallied 11 digs while Maci Hendry recorded eight kills with a team high 14 digs. 

Golden West set the tone early as they never let West LA gain any momentum in their first 3-0 sweep of the season. 

Up next for the Rustlers is another home match on Friday at 5pm against Cerritos College.
