San Joaquin Delta Stuns Sacramento City with 7th-Inning Comeback, 5-4

San Joaquin Delta rallied in dramatic fashion with five runs in the bottom of the seventh to edge Sacramento City 5-4 on March 8, 2025, in Stockton, CA.

Sacramento City Starts Strong

Sacramento City built an early lead with a three-run third inning. Kayla Garber's RBI single opened the scoring, followed by an RBI hit-by-pitch for Amanda Royal and a run-scoring single from Juliana McClain to give the Panthers a 3-0 advantage.

In the fourth, Ava Seguin's RBI single extended Sacramento City's lead to 4-0.

Delta's Stunning Comeback
