The Sac City softball team improved their record wins over Sequoias 4-2 Friday, Saturday 5-4. Fr 1B / P (#26) Kail Sargent had 9 strikeouts against COS. The Sac City runs were scored by So OF (#15) Morgan Welch, Fr 1B/C (#20) Gabby Ortiz, Fr INF/C (#24) Gabi Avila, and Fr OF (#2) Catie Gravel all came in the second inning.

In morning matchup against Siskiyous, Fr 1B / P (#26) Kali Sargent came in the 1st innning and shut down Siskiyous batters with 10 strikeouts and earned another win for the weekend. So INF/OF (#12)  Kiley Bair hit a 2 run homer in the win vs Siskiyous as well. The Panthers second game on Saturday afternoon ended in a 1-1 tie against West Valley due to darkness.  

Sac City is now (9-2-1) on the season.
