PANTHERS WIN IN FINAL HOME APPEARANCE
The Panthers made their final home appearance of the 21-22 season hosting Barstow College for a 84-54 win.
In a game highlighted by three-point shots (13 for Chaffey), the Panthers led 40-13 at the half outscoring the Rams in the first three periods of play. Barstow played with four players for almost three periods of play after a Ram was ejected from the game prior to the halftime break.
Brilonnie Bell led the Panthers with 19 points and 12 rebounds. The highlight of the game was Bell's first collegiate three-point shot. The 6'3 center is known as a star rebounder with most points earned from under the basket.
All six Panthers scored in the 30-point win; five in double digits (Medrano 15, Rios 18, Edwards 13, Weber 13). Elyanna Rios hit four of 9 3-point shots.
The Panthers play their final game of the season tomorrow night - a rematch of tonight's game at Barstow 5pm.
