Women's Soccer Wins Final Non-Conference Game Of 2021

The Reedley College women's soccer team is ready for Central Valley Conference action after recording a third straight shutout victory in San Luis Obispo against Cuesta College on Friday.

Denise Elias-Martinez scored at the 28-minute mark in the first half to back the defense of goalie Julianna Moreno and the Tiger's latest victory. The goal was the seventh for Martinez and the 4-1-1 Tigers. Martinez is the conference leader in goals scored.

After opening conference action in Visalia on Tuesday against the College of the Sequoias (1-3) Reedley returns home Friday at 6 p.m. for their first of at least two scheduled matchups this season with the 4-2-1 Fresno City College Rams. FCC went into the week with four straight wins while the Tigers have three.
