LEMOORE - COS Women's Soccer could not even up the score in the second half, as they lost 2-1 to West Hills Lemoore.
The Lady Giants (2-9-1, 0-4 CVC) midfielder Marianna Flores tied the game up in the 32nd minute after a West Hills (2-9-1, 2-3 CVC) goal in the 1st minute.
West Hills took the lead before the first half ended thanks to Bryanna Alvarado's goal in the 44th minute. The Golden Eagles would not let up, and won their second game of the season.
COS will look to get their first conference win on Friday as they host Taft at 4 p.m.
