COD (7-8-3; 3-5) celebrated Sophomore Day with freshman forward Dalaina Johnson (Cathedral City H.S.) collecting her eighth multi-goal game of the season and the team grabbing their seventh clean sheet of the season, as the Roadrunners knocked off the winless Norco Mustangs (0-18; 0-9), 4-0.

Desert competed against the Norco Mustangs for the first time in program history in 2014 where Desert holds a 4-3-1 overall record against the Mustangs. The Roadrunners have a 2-0-1 record against Norco at home. The next contest for Desert is on Friday, November 4th at the Victor Valley Rams. The Roadrunners first took on Victor Valley in 1998. Desert has an overall record of 11-25-5 against the Rams and an 3-13-4 record at Victorville.
