It was a South Coast Conference day for the Panthers as Chaffey travelled to Rio Hondo yesterday afternoon. Against the Roadrunners, Chaffey came out on top 7-5. It was the second win this season for Chaffey over RHC.
Sophomore Clarissa Banuelos led the Panther offense with four goals and one assist. Kylie Garcia, Jaylynn Rodriguez and Autumn Nicholson added the remaining three.
Katie (Kaitlyn) Duckworth got her third collegiate win with four saves.
The Panthers continue SCC play Wednesday at El Camino.
