Women's Volleyball season comes to an end in 2nd round of 3C2A Southern Cal Regional play-offs.
The #3 Raider Women's Volleyball season came to an end in a 4 game loss to #14 San Bernardino Valley in the second round of the 3C2A Southern California Regional play-offs. The Raiders who were seeded #3 had a 1st round bye before hosting the Wolverines. Game scores were 20-25, 25-22, 22-25, and 18-25.
The Raiders came into the game after a 10 day lay-off and it showed. They struggled against the Wolves from the get go, dropping game 1, 20-25.
The Raiders got steady enough to get back on track in game 2 to get that too close for comfort win, 25-22.
Game 3 saw the the Raiders pull away from San Bernardino and lead throughout the game but hitting and serving errors along with some timely hitting by the Wolves, saw the visitors take the lead late and eventually win it, 25-22.
The Raider hitting woes continued and they could not get any consistent offense going leading to a 18-25 game 4 loss.
The Raiders end their season at 22-5, 11-1 in and WSC North Champions.
