Citrus College Softball traveled to No.7 ranked Cypress College yesterday, suffering an 8-0 defeat.
Citrus College goes to 2-10 overall on the season, while Cypress College improves to 9-1 overall on the year.
Sofia Femath, Jaelynn Eaves and Rylee Praytor all recorded one hit in the game, but the Owls were unable to generate any runs.
Citrus College will host Moorpark College for a doubleheader on Friday, February 28th with hopes of getting back into the win column. Game 1 is scheduled for 12 p.m., game 2 is set for 2 p.m.
