Gillespie Leads Women's Basketball to Victory Over Santa Monica College

The women's basketball team continued their strong play with a dominant 75-47 victory over Santa Monica College on Thursday. 

Sophomore Alivia Gillespie, a standout guard from Oceanside High School, led the team with 26 points, sinking seven three-pointers, alongside 4 rebounds and 2 steals. 

Coming off the bench, Stevie Lundquist provided a spark with 14 points, 6 rebounds (2 offensive), and 1 steal. Alethze Marquez also played incredible, contributing 11 points, 12 rebounds (5 offensive), 4 assists, and 1 block.

The team looks to extend their winning streak when they host Saddleback College in the Grossmont / SD Mesa Crossover Tournament on Thursday, November 14th at 6:00 p.m.
