In their final non-league game of the season, the Rams exploded for 8 goals by 6 different players in the road win at College of the Redwoods. Alia Morris lead the way with a hat trick, while Melisa Gardina Deckman picked up 3 assists. In just the 2nd minute of the game CCSF was on the board when Julie Madriz picked up a through ball by Gabriella Rodil. Despite creating multiple opportunities to extend their lead, the visiting Rams wouldn't score again until the 29th minute off a goal by Fernanda Ramirez via an assist by Melisa Gardina Deckman. Just 8 minutes later it was Alia's turn to get on the score sheet as the half finished at 3-0. In the last fifteen minutes of the game the Rams scored their final 5 goals to finish the game with an 8-0 shutout behind the play of goalkeepers Alexia Estrada and DeAnna Yee who split halves.
With the win CCSF runs it record to 5-4 and opens up their league schedule with a home game vs DeAnza on Friday, September 26 at 4 pm.
