Cypress, CA - Cypress Chargers women's tennis (0-4, 0-0 OEC) competed against San Diego City (1-1, 0-0 PCAC) on Tuesday afternoon.
In the doubles competition, Cypress lost all three sets but did make it hard on the visiting Knights. Mia Kassabian and Kassy Nguyen fought until that forced San Diego City to score nine points.
For the single matchups, the Chargers earned the teams first wins at home. Shellah Gabasan won her three set matchup in the final opportunity with an impressive 10-3 victory. And Kassabian was victorious in her faceoff after she swept her opponent in the first two sets.
UP NEXT: The Chargers will stay on their home courts on February 9th, where they will compete against Hope International. The match will begin at 2PM.
