LONG BEACH – The impressive start to the 2023 women's beach volleyball season continues for Rio Hondo College. The Roadrunners improved to 6-0 to open the year thanks to a pair of shutout victories at the Granada Beach Courts on Wednesday.

Rio Hondo started the day with a 5-0 victory over Riverside City College and was a 5-0 winner over Cerritos College.

Over their 30 doubles matches this season, the Roadrunners have lost just one.

The Roadrunners are back in action on Friday, Feb. 24 when they take on Fullerton College and Golden West College in non-conference matches to be played at El Camino College in Torrance.
