TORRANCE, Calif. --- El Camino College suffered a 3-0 (25-19, 25-23, 25-17) Western State Conference loss to Long Beach City on Friday night at the ECC Gym Complex.
The Warriors finished the season with a 5-12 overall record and 3-9 mark in conference play after Friday night's loss to the No. 1 Vikings (17-1, 12-0).
Jake Suson led the team with nine kills on 20 swings with a .300 attacking percentage and Mark Antonov dished out 24 assists. As a team, the Warriors attacked at just a .103 percentage.
For the Vikings, Matthew Pennala and Georgi Binev each led the way with 10 kills apiece while Sean Nguyen dished out 31 assists in the victory. The Vikings also dominated the net with eight team blocks with Binev and Cian Slade leading the way with six block assists apiece.
