Warriors Win Fourth Straight Conference Game at Compton

El Camino College dominated early and cruised to an 11-0 South Coast Conference win on the road at Compton Tuesday afternoon.
The Warriors have now won three straight game, four of their last five and four straight conference games. Eight different Warriors recorded a hit on Tuesday with Megan Whipp, Amber Patterson and Alani Gasca each getting two knocks on the day.
Jamie Garvey went all five innings in the circle and allowed just one hit, one walk and struck out five for her second win of the year.
The Tartars helped the Warriors out a lot as they committed six errors on the day. Only five of the Warriors' 11 runs were earned on Tuesday.
The Warriors will return to action on Thursday as they head to Mayfair Park in Lakewood to face Long Beach in a conference game. First pitch is set for 3 p.m.
