Lauren Lahood counted a double among her two hits and scored twice as the Cabrillo College softball team beat West Valley 6-0 in Coast Conference South Division play Thursday.

Alexis Navarro (1-0) earned the complete-game shutout with four hits allowed. She struck out one batter and walked two.

Andrea Duran had two walks and scored twice for the Seahawks (7-12, 2-1). Alexis Navarro had a walk, double, two RBI and run scored. Catcher Katrina Heinemann had a hit and two RBI.
