On Friday in a non-conference match, the Cerritos College women's tennis team was defeated by visiting Riverside City College, 9-0. The loss was the eighth in a row for the Falcons (1-10), who are scheduled to host Victor Valley College at 2:00 p.m. next Thursday in a South Coast Conference match.

Taking on a 10-1 Tigers program, the Falcons were forced to forfeit a team point in both singles and doubles as a result of only having five players.
