BAKERSFIELD, CA- The Bakersfield College baseball team hosted the West LA Wildcats on Saturday afternoon and came away with a 4-3 loss.

West LA got on the board first with a run in the second, one run in the third, and another in fourth before Bakersfield scored a run. Alek Martinez doubled to right field for two RBI's; Grant Holleman and Andrew Townson both scored. Shortely after, Jacob Baker tripled to right center to bring home Martinez and tie the ball game up at 3-3.

The Renegades were able to hold off the Wildcats until the sixth inning when they scored to take their lead back (4-1). BC was able to keep LA from scoring another run but unfortunately the defense kept them scoring another run.
