Compton, Calif. – Freshman Derrin Atwood went 1 for 2 with one double for the Tartars (0-10) fell to the Long Beach City Vikings (5-5) 18-0.  Freshman Emely Sanchez went 1 for 2.

Freshman Vanessa Soriano pitched a total of five innings. She allowed 14 hits and 18 runs.

The Tartars' next home game will be on Tuesday February 25 at 3 p.m. against El Camino.
