Canyons tied the game 5-5 after going on a 4-run rally in the top of the 6th. But the Marauders would answer back when Hailey Johnson drew a walk with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 6th. Nayely Delgado gave AVC a 3-run lead after hitting a 2-RBI single to score Ariel Nieto and pinch-runner Natalie Gomez. Both Delgado and Cervantes finished with 3-RBI on two hits apiece.
