Beach wins two against San Diego City

CARLSBAD, CA (3/19/2022) -- In the first PCAC matchup of the season, Palomar fell to San Diego City 3-2. 

The Comets' 3s pairs, consisting of Kenna Broach and Alana Lacangan won their match 21-17 and 21-17. This is their third consecutive match win. The 5s pairs also picked up a win over the Knights. Jessica Hege and Lindsay Spohn won 21-14 and 21-6. 

Palomar moves to 1-5 overall and 0-1 in conference play. They will be back in action on Friday, March 25 where they will play two matches. They will face Santa Ana College and San Diego City College in Newport Beach.
