With a result that brings them one step closer to a conference championship, the MiraCosta women's beach volleyball team displayed tremendous depth and a skill on the beach volleyball courts today. With two more wins, one versus against Grossmont College and another against Long Beach City College the Spartans improve to 14-2 and 8-0 in conference play. 

MiraCosta improved from the week before, beating Grossmont College 4-1. The Spartans also won a close match against the home team, Long Beach City, who currently sits in third place in the conference.

The Spartans continue their historic run on Friday April 14th at San Diego Mesa College against Mesa and Rio Hondo College. The first match starts at 10am.
