Reginatto’s 5 RBIs Lift Falcons Passed Vikings
Folsom, CA – There were plenty of fireworks in Folsom on Tuesday night as the visiting, Diablo Valley College Vikings (11-5, 3-1 Big-8) scored 11 runs off 11 hits. Not to be outdone, however, the falcons (11-5, 3-1 Big-8), scored 19 runs on 11 hits to beat the Vikings 19-11.
It was a fast start for both teams as 27 of the total 30 runs came in the first four innings, and 21-of-30 runs came in the 2nd and 3rd innings. Ultimately, the Falcons' bats were too much for the Vikings who were unable to score in the last four innings.
Earning the win for the Falcons was Riley Haughtby who pitched 4 innings and gave up 6 hits and 4 earned runs.
