The MSJC women's beach volleyball team's season is off and running and so far this season the Eagles are off to a 3-3 start.

The team opened the season on the final Friday of January and split a pair of matches as they defeated Riverside 4-1 and fell to El Camino 5-0.  The Eagles improved their record to 3-1 on February 10th when they came up with wins against Gavilan and Golden West in matches played in Huntington Beach.  MSJC downed the Rams of Gavilan 5-0 and defeated the host Rustlers 4-1.

On Wednesday MSJC traveled to Mt. SAC where they went up against the Mounties and lost 5-0, and then dropped a 4-1 decision to Hope International.  It was the Eagles #4 team of Iris del Valle and Laelanie Isbell who earned the win for their team 21-15 and 21-17.  The number 1 through number 3 pairings for MSJC all took their matches to a third set, but unfortunately came up short.

The Eagles return to action on Wednesday February 22nd when they host Riverside in a match on the Menifee Campus starting at 10 am.
