Glendale Softball improves to 1 and 1 with 9-0 win over LA Valley

In an attempt to beat the rain, the Glendale College softball team traveled to LA Valley College and came away with a 9-0 WSC South victory. 

Torii Forsberg pitched a complete game 4-hit shutout striking out 5 for the win. 

Bella Gonzalez had 2 hits inc. a 3-run homer in the first inning. Deja Colbert also homered. Oliva Jukes and Zuhaley Villaverde had one double each. Samantha Sanchez delivered a 2 RBI single.

Glendale hosts Citrus College Thursday March 12 at 2:30 PM at the Glendale Sports Complex. They then play at Chaffey College on friday March 13th.
