(Walnut, CA) In a rare conference/non-conference doubleheader, the Mt. San Antonio College Beach Volleyball team racked up a pair of wins against College of the Desert, 5-0, and Irvine Valley College, 4-1, on Friday, March 31. The wins improve the host Mounties' record to 16-1 overall and 4-0 in South Coast Conference play.

Against COD (6-10, 0-3), only one of the five pairing matches required a third game to decide the winner as Mt. SAC dominated the Roadrunners.

Irvine Valley (7-11) fared a little better, but not by much, as the Lasers were able to take one of the five pairing matches.

The Mounties will hit the road for a pair of SCC matches on Friday, April 7, at El Camino College. In the first match they'll face Cerritos College at 10 a.m. and El Camino in the second at 12 p.m. Mt. SAC defeated El Camino, 4-1, on March 24.
