Compton, Calif. - Sophomore Doug Allen hit a walk-off Home Run in the 12th inning of Tuesday night's game against the Oxnard Condors (0-4) delivering the Tartars (1-3) first win of the season. Allen went 2 for 5 on the day with two RBI's.

Freshman Aaron Cruz had two doubles and five RBI's. 

Sophomore Jose Gutierrez-Silva started on the mound for the Tartars and pitched a total of four innings. Sophomore Narendranath Hunter (1-0) was the closer for the night and collected his first win of the season. He struck out five batters and walked three over an inning and a half of work.

The Tartars play again on Wednesday February 5 at 5:30 p.m. against the Grossmont Griffins.
