Coach Onesta Francis' Tigers took a season record of 3-0-1 into a scheduled Tuesday, Sept. 13 home match with Cuesta College before traveling to Diablo Valley (2-1) on Friday and hosting Lake Tahoe Community College (1-2-2) on Wednesday, Sept. 27.

Last Friday, Reedley recorded a 3-1 victory over Cabrillo College (1-3). The Tigers took the lead in the 17th minute on a goal by Diana Rico (Dinuba) on an assist from Krysta Casas (Dinuba).  After Cabrillo tied the match on a penalty kick in the 27th minute, Reedley took the lead for good three minutes later on a goal by Casas with the assist by Nazira Nunez (Visalia).

The only scoring in the second half came on a goal in the 64th minute by Nunez on an assist by Denise Elias-Martinez (Kingsburg).

The contest was a physical one as five yellow cards (three on the Tigers) were called.

Goalie Areal Galvan (Reedley) was credited with six saves.
