Compton, Calif. - Compton College hosted a double header game against top conference opponent Pasadena City College Lancers on Wednesday evening. The Tartars women's volleyball team lost both games with scores of (5-25, 4-25, 7-25), (2-25, 5-25, 4-25).

A true representation of great character and sportsmanship was displayed during the match against the Lancers just like the Tartars have shown all season long. The pioneers of the woman's volleyball team have completed the season and the players showed a sense of pride and continuous development in their skillset. The future will be bright for the women's volleyball program and a special thank you to the players and staff for their efforts this season.

Season Stat Highlights

Celeste Valencia led the Tartars in aces for the season with a total of 41, and Stevee Sprowl led the Tartars in kills with a total of 49 for the season.
