After their Friday night loss to Sierra, the Falcons travelled to Fremont for Saturday's Ohlone Tournament, where they faced Shasta College before taking on host Ohlone. In the opener, the Falcons and Knights took turns winning sets before the Falcons earned the match victory with a 15-9 win in set 5 (21-25, 25-22, 14-25, 25-14, 15-9). The win broke a 6-match losing streak for the Falcons, including two heart-breaking 5-set losses.
Facing host Ohlone in their second match, the Falcons started slowly before taking the Renegades to the limit in each of the next three sets but losing 25-13, 27-25, 25-27, 25-17.
