Trevor Hammond (https://www.instagram.com/p/B8uruAagTkO/) and Jose Contreras held Santa Barbara City College to only one run to give Oxnard College a 3-1 win on Tuesday afternoon.

The win puts OC at 1-0 in Western State Conference play, with game two of the three-game series set for Thursday at SBCC at 2:00.

Raul Sandoval led the Condors with two hits and two RBI's, with Taylor Tractenberg and Austin Maciel also swatting a pair.  The OC offense amassed 10 hits on the day, but committed three errors to allow the lone Vaquero run.

With three wins in the last four games, Oxnard looks to keep the momentum going on Thursday against a deep SBCC lineup.
