Fullerton took care of business at home last Friday, defeating LA Harbor 3-1.
It was the team's second consecutive win as they prepare for conference-play this week.
FC quickly got on the board thanks to Ashlyn Trujillo's goal in the 10th minute. The assist was by Ashley Bautista.
LA Harbor knotted the game up at 1-1 in the 15th minute, but Izabelle Garcia's goal in the 27th minute gave the Hornets the lead. Jayden Romo was credited with the assist.
Fullerton put the game on ice in the 46th minute when Garcia scored her second goal with the feed coming from Bautista.
FC goalie Victoria Saldana helped preserve the win with 2 saves on the day.
Up Next: The Hornets (2-4 overall) will travel down the road to Cypress College this Tuesday, September 27th to open conference. Match time is at 3:00 pm.
